It's rare when you see such an amazing picture of true love.

Kevin and Belinda married twenty-nine years ago right out of college. They had two boys together and all seemed well, but their marriage began to unravel. After nine years of marriage they called it quits and Kevin went off to pursue other relationships.

Belinda was left in an unfortunately all too common situation in today's culture. Raising two boys on her own with little to no assistance from Kevin was difficult. But through that time she felt convicted to not only persevere for the boys, but also to pray for Kevin. She did everything from taking her sons to Kevin's family reunions to making sure to never disparage their father.

Kevin told us that meanwhile God had been working on his heart - teaching him where he had gone wrong. Eventually he called Belinda up just to talk about the changes in his life and to ask for her forgiveness.

After some time and lots of reconciliation the two decided to remarry. Their story is a unique and beautiful picture of what love looks like when you strip away the infatuation and are left with a commitment that encourages the best in others.

Kevin said it best in his closing thoughts; "I just want her to know how much I love her. She means the world to me and I’m so grateful for her. So grateful for her. And as long as I have some breath, I’m with her."
