How does the payment plan work?
There is a non-refundable deposit of $750 to reserve us for your wedding day. We know that weddings can get costly, and so we're spreading out the payments to make it easier for you, that's why we offer a payment plan for couples who book more than 4 months before their wedding. The remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments and automatically debited from your checking account or credit card.
The payment plan not only lowers your up front costs, but spreads them out past your wedding - three months to be exact, meaning that our average couple can pay the balance over 10 months!
We accept cash, check or all major credit cards.
Will I get my entire ceremony and the reception?
Yes! We not only give you an amazingly concise version of your wedding day with your story video segment, we also give you an edited version of the entire ceremony and all of the major events of the reception.
Can I get a copy of the raw footage?
You sure can! We'll make a copy of the footage on your hard drive for no additional charge. Don't have a hard drive laying around? We offer a portable hard drive for $80.
How many cameras and camera operators do I get?
It all depends on the package. None of our packages come with less than two cameras and two operators. For a complete break down of our packages, check out Our Packages page.
When will our video be completed?
You will receive your finished video 16 weeks after your wedding day - but you won't have to wait that long to see bits of your video! Portions of your video will be available online before your disc is finished.
There will be low, ambient lighting during my ceremony and/or reception will that be a problem?
Low lighting does make it more difficult to get a crystal clear image, but it can be done! Often times we like to bring in a supplemental light to be used during the main events of the reception, such as the cake cutting, etc. We want to preserve the atmosphere you have created, and provide enough light to give you a high quality image for future generations.
When will you shoot our on-camera interviews?
We prefer to do the interviews 3-4 weeks before the wedding day. This gives us time to prepare your story, and also makes sure not to add too much to your plate right before the weddings.
Can I put the wedding video on my iPod?
Yes, we want to make sure that you have the freedom to show your wedding video no matter where or when. Every wedding video from Three Ring Media is available in the following Formats:
- iPod
- Apple TV
- Blu-ray
- DVD
- Internet Download (For one year)
Do you shoot weddings out of the Atlanta area?
Yes, we most certainly do. We are available to shoot worldwide. Travel fees are added for weddings that are more than 50 miles from our office. Please contact us to find out what additional travel fees will apply based on your location.
